Agreement and scope
These Terms govern use of the Sharawi Studio client delivery and analytics platform (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If your business has a separate written services agreement with Sharawi Studio, that agreement governs where it conflicts with these website Terms.
The Service is intended for authorized clients and studio personnel managing creative production and related business activities.
Client invitations and access
Private client links are intended only for their authorized recipients. You must keep them secure, avoid sharing them publicly, and notify the studio if a link may have been exposed. We may revoke or replace access when necessary to protect client content or comply with an agreement.
Client accounts may access only the projects, deliverables, guidelines and reports assigned to them. Attempting to bypass those restrictions or access another client's records is prohibited.
Creative assets and ownership
Each party retains the intellectual-property rights it already holds. Uploading assets does not, by itself, transfer copyright or grant unrestricted rights to use someone else's material. Ownership and licensing of commissioned work are determined by the applicable client agreement.
By submitting or approving content for the Service, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for us to store, display, review, and, where you request it, publish or schedule that content.
Publishing and approvals
Publishing features operate through authorized third-party platforms, including Buffer. You are responsible for reviewing the destination account, content, caption, schedule and any approval status before authorizing a post.
Provider processing can be delayed, rejected or modified by third-party restrictions; a request accepted for scheduling does not guarantee publication at a particular time. Publishing or deleting content on a social platform is governed by that platform's features and rules.
Connected platforms and analytics
Social-platform accounts are connected only through approved authorization methods. The platform owner may withdraw permission through the respective provider. Reported metrics come from available third-party APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, recalculated or unavailable. A blank metric does not mean zero.
Sharawi Studio does not guarantee analytics completeness, constant availability, or equivalence between different platforms' metric definitions. See our Privacy Policy for information about the associated data processing.
Acceptable use
You must not upload unlawful or infringing materials, attempt unauthorized access, share another client's private deliverables, interfere with infrastructure, misuse platform credentials, or instruct the Service to publish content that violates applicable laws or provider rules.
We may restrict functionality or revoke access to address abuse, security risks, breach of these Terms, or lawful requests.
Service availability
We may update, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security or third-party platform changes. The Service is provided as available, subject to any express written commitments made in a separate client agreement and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Responsibility and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, each party is responsible for its own breach of these Terms and for content and account permissions under its control. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Specific commercial remedies or service commitments, if agreed, remain governed by the parties' written agreement.
Ending access and requests
You may request that a client link be revoked or a social account be disconnected. Ending access does not automatically delete posts already published on social platforms or data we must retain for lawful or contractual reasons. For stored-data removal, follow the Data Deletion Instructions.
Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements and provider functionality. The effective date appears above. Contact hisha.shar.196@gmail.com for questions or to request clarification before using a feature.
